The story behind the name
Deriving from the Hebrew name of Gabrielle, Brielle means “heroine of God.” This heroic name sounds lovely as it rolls off the tongue with its soft vowel sounds. Not only is the name perfect for baby girls, but Brielle is also a beautiful seaside town in the western Netherlands that is full of history and colorful scenery. Maybe someday, baby Brielle can visit the Dutch countryside and find even more reasons to love their name.
