User Data Deletion Instructions

KidoNames ("we", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This page explains how you can request deletion of your personal data, including data associated with your Meta (Facebook) or Google account if you signed in using those services.

What Data We Collect

When you use KidoNames, we may store:

• Account information (email, username, name, profile picture if you sign in with Facebook or Google)
• Your preferences (favorite names, birthday reminders, newsletter subscription)
• Usage data (e.g. AI generations, activity on the site)

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data from KidoNames:

1. Option 1 – From your account: Log in at https://www.kidonames.com/login, go to your profile settings, and use the account deletion option if available.
2. Option 2 – By email: Send an email to info@kidonames.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address or username associated with your KidoNames account.

What We Will Do

Upon receiving your request, we will:

• Verify your identity (e.g. by confirming the email or account ownership)
• Delete or anonymize your personal data from our systems within 30 days
• Confirm completion by email once the deletion is done

Meta (Facebook) Login Users

If you signed in to KidoNames using Facebook Login, you can also remove our app's access to your Facebook account:

• Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites
• Find "KidoNames" and remove it
• This revokes our access but does not automatically delete data we already have. To delete that data, follow the steps above and contact us at info@kidonames.com
